How long did it take you to lose 100 pounds?
It took me 2 years to lose 100 pounds. 50 pounds each year.
Do you have loose skin / stretch marks?
I have a small amount of loose skin and no stretch marks, but this experience varies for each person. Prior to losing weight, I had stretch marks that gradually diminished as I lost weight. Starting my journey at 15 contributed to my skins elasticity, making it easier to bounce back. The duration of the journey also plays a role - the longer the journey, the less loose skin. I did not go through any type of weight loss surgery. Loose skin is a reminder if all your hard work, and should be celebrated.
